Emma is a residential real estate developer with a focus on subdivisions and new builds.
Emma is passionate about addressing Australia’s current housing crisis, having witnessed friends and family struggle with a lack of housing supply and choice. This commitment to creating better housing opportunities is what inspired her to become a developer in the first place.

Nikki Liddell - Partner

Nikki is a finance professional with extensive experience in property investment and development. Nikki began her journey in the family business alongside her father—attending meetings with bank managers, reviewing floor plans, and learning the ropes from a young age.
She started investing in property in the 1990s and completed her first developments in the early 2000s, including one special project where she named a street in honour of her father.
After dedicating the past 15 years to raising her twin daughters, Nikki has returned to the property sector with a renewed passion—continuing her development projects while also passing on her knowledge to the next generation.
